Aurie Morales

Aurie Morales brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate, property management, and investment analysis. While her roots are in Long Island City and Astoria, she serves clients throughout New York with a well-rounded and sophisticated understanding of the real estate industry.

Aurie began her career in New York City as a Paralegal specializing in commercial real estate and litigation, where she developed a strong foundation in the legal, transactional, and regulatory aspects of real estate. In 2003, she received an award from Sunoco, Inc. for her instrumental role in the successful transition of the Speedway asset acquisition, a complex multi-state transaction involving more than 250 convenience stores and motor fuel facilities across 20 states and valued at over $320 million. Her work included coordinating pre-closing documentation, managing regulatory and compliance requirements, overseeing multi – state registration and licensing processes to support a seamless transition.

She further expanded her industry experience with an investment and development company where she evaluated potential investments and developed a strong understanding of renovation versus redevelopment costs, zoning regulations, and the factors that shape property value.

Building on her broad background in the real estate industry, Aurie transitioned into residential real estate, where she has spent the past several years working with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters. Her diverse experience allows her to bring insight, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to helping clients navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

Known for her professionalism, dedication, and client-focused approach, Aurie takes pride in delivering exceptional service tailored to each client's individual goals.

Aurie was also involved with the Project Management Institute New York City Chapter, where she served as an Assistant Program Manager, received the EXcel Award, and was later recommended to serve as Program Manager of Community Outreach.

As one of six, Aurie values connection, community, and meaningful relationships. Outside of real estate, she enjoys wine tasting, networking, reading, volunteering, and giving back to the communities she serves.
